  • Name9.Notwithstanding the submitted information, prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby approved, a minimum of two 2.4m x 5.5m car parking spaces to the front of the dwelling shall be provided and made available for use. The spaces shall be surfaced in either a porous hard bound (not loose) material, or if a non-porous material is used, surface water shall be discharged into a suitable drainage system within the site.
